• When your referral schedules a tour and mentions your name, both of you will receive a $25 gift card after the showing.

Pro Tip: Make sure they mention your name when booking their tour to ensure you get rewarded!

Step 2: Earn a Reward for Going Under Contract

Your referral loved Mayberry so much they decided to make it home? That’s cause for celebration!

• If your referral goes under contract, you’ll receive a $500 gift card as our heartfelt thanks.

• The gift card will be issued 10 days after the contract date.

Step 3: Celebrate the Closing

The excitement doesn’t end there!

• When your referral completes their home purchase, you’ll receive an additional $1,000 gift card to celebrate this incredible milestone!​
